PERMISSIONS

Quentin has the ability to read minds, influence minds either directly (ie: walk over there) or indirectly (ie: isn't quentin awesome? you sure think he is.), contain an entity's consciousness within his own mind in a sort of half-dream, half-virtual reality hybrid (think THE MATRIX only run by a 16 year old), aaand paralyze or incapacitate minds (like a shock to the system or an overload of the senses).

Within Ataraxion, he can only affect others on the same floor as him, and his mental prison only lasts about a couple hours, if anything, so he'll be using it sparingly.

SO, that said, I'd like to know who'd be okay with this, or parts of this, or none of this! If you could fill this out and let me know then that would be super-awesome. I'll always also ask in play if it's okay, too.
